DAILY LIFE IN GALILEA_02.jpg
Tourists and pilgrims visit the archaeological remains of the Capernaun Synagogue, an old fishing village located in ancient Galilee, in what would now be Israel, on the shores of the Sea of Galilee. It is known by Christians as "the city of Jesus"; named in the New Testament. It was one of the places chosen by Jesus of Nazareth to convey his message and perform some of his miracles.
