Two girls in The Cat Cat village is characterized by its naturally splendid tranquil landscape, and the customs and cultural activities of ethnic peoples. In 2004, the tourism company of Lao Cai Province invested in building infrastructure and rebuilding the road to the village. This made Cat Cat a tourist site, with the aim of preserving and taking advantage of the traditional trades of the ethnic Hmong people in the northern part of Vietnam
